Compensation

• $180,000 Total Compensation

• $130,000 - $150,000 Base Salary / $30k Annual bonus

What's the Job?

As our first Senior Data Analyst specializing in real estate, you will be using your advanced analytical and problem solving skills to help support our commercial real estate investment business. You ideally have RealPage experience and are very comfortable working with SQL, Excel and various data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, etc…) to import data, clean data, analyze data, and finally present data in a clear and concise manner to senior executives.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be the first person on this team and will be responsible for setting the template of how this group functions. You will be extracting data from dozens of data sources via RealPage, importing and mapping that data, coming up with data quality assurance standards to make sure everything is proper, then finally analyzing that data and presenting it visually.

You will eventually help build out and lead a team of other data analysts in this group, so you should be looking for a role where you can grow and expand your responsibilities.

This role sits in our Houston office, and you should expect to be in the office at least 4 days a week. We are open to supporting relocation.
