What's the Job?

As a ML Ops Manager you'll have the opportunity to build your team from scratch, hiring a ML Architect and a MLE. Your focus will start off rather hands on, and as the team grows and progresses you'll have more of a balance between technical work and managerial responsibilities. This technical work includes building the MLOps Frameworks and Pipelines and productionalizing and monitoring the AI/ML models, all while considering architectural decisions and ML best practices. The tech stack includes Python, SQL, Azure, and Databricks. In an ideal world, you'll have hands on experience with ML Flow as well.

What Skills Do I Need?

• Fluency in Python, SQL, and/or Scala
• ML Ops Experience in deployment, re-training, tuning, ect
• ML Frameworks: Keras, Tensorflow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, ect
• Data Platforms: Airflow, Kafka, Spark, ect
• Cloud Platforms: Azure/Databricks
• Hands on management experience: at least 2 years managing individual contributors
